Frequently Asked Questions

Gold Chit converts your monthly payment into gold grams at the live market rate, so you accumulate physical gold over 15 months. Cash Chit is a savings plan where your monthly deposits earn guaranteed interest (7%–9% p.a.) and are returned as cash at the end of 12 months.
No. There are zero wastage charges and zero making charges on all the gold you accumulate through the Gold Chit Plan. The only charge is GST 3%, applied once at the time of redemption. If you wish to add extra weight beyond your accumulated gold (to make heavier jewellery), standard wastage, making, and GST charges apply to the additional weight only.
The Fixed Plan runs on a shared September–August cycle where all members in that batch start together and mature together. The Flexi Plan lets you join any month of the year, and your plan matures exactly 12 months from your personal start date. Both plans offer the same interest rate tiers based on your monthly amount.
Your rate is determined by your monthly amount: ₹500–₹4,999 earns 7% p.a., ₹5,000–₹11,999 earns 8.5% p.a., and ₹12,000–₹30,000 earns 9% p.a. The rate is locked in from day one and does not change regardless of market conditions.
The gold rate used is the live market rate on the exact date your monthly payment is received. This means each month's gold gram accumulation may slightly vary with market rates, but over 15 months, you average out the market naturally, similar to a gold SIP.
Gold Chit Plan starts at ₹1,000/month. Cash Chit Plan starts at ₹500/month. Both are designed to be accessible for every household. You don't need to be wealthy to invest in gold.
